MEET THE CHEF
Stanley Mathieu, a former 45 year old native of The Islands of the Bahamas, found his passion at an early age in cooking. He attended the local tertiary level academic institution for four years where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree. It has afforded him the opportunity in creating over 50 different original sauces and being certified for them. His styles of cooking ranges from traditional to fine dining specializing in healthy menu choices or your desired selections. Mr. Mathieu caters all events of any size and he does it grand style.
